incoming calls

I have win2000 and when i receive an incoming call it says
would i like to answer the call or ignore. No matter what
i check i get disconnected. I would not like to even see
any incoming calls. I want all the calls to go my
voicemail. How do i change that?
 
Disable "Call waiting", press F1, Look up "Dialing Rules Overview" and
then follow the instructions.
