InCD Restart problem

[OldBill]

Whenever I Restart (Start/Turn Off Computer/Restart) the computer shuts down
instead.

I have isolated this to occuring only when I have a CDRW using InCD in my LG
CDRW drive.

AMD 2800+, 512 memory, Win XP Home (Service pack 1), Nero 5.5 with InCD
3.39 Bundled

Help appreciated.

With such packet written disks, it is as well to be sure you eject the
disk before doing any shutdown or restart
