hi all
I have the following problem with the latest version of InCD (ver 4.1) which
comes with NERO 6:
I log into my account on Windows XP box (running XP Pro SP1) - all works
fine, then I switch the user (not logging out) so that my wife can use her
account for emailing and PC becomes almost unusable because process InCD.exe
running in the second user (my wife's) environment utilises around 97% of
CPU time. Computer is still kind-of working, even if you try the the InCD,
but practically unusable because it ssooooo sluggish.
If I switch back to the first account - it does not help - I can still see
InCD.exe from the second log-on in the Processes list with huge CPU
utilisation. Trying to acctualy use my Lite-on LDW-811S at all during this
makes no difference - the situation occurs even when I am not using any CDs
or DVDs or any software trying to access the drive. The only way to restore
the normal operation is to end the process on the second account.
When I tried to log out the second user system reports that it cannot shut
down the InCd process.
Anybody having similar problems please?
Alex
