incd error

I received a new hard drive from gateway, installed it, now I have incd
error, I called gateway they sugested I install applications again, well my
application disc #2 will not read, so I need a "fix" according to gateway
from microsoft.com suport, I can't find the help i need. I have windows xp
home addition. Please send me a fix thank you sll

This is not Microsoft. This is a newsgroup. There are no employees of the
Microsoft Corporation here on payroll. All the participants are
volunteering their time and knowledge. You need to call Gateway again and
have them help you with your problem. They sent you the hard drive so they
should be willing to help you. If the problem you are referring to is with
the program InCD, uninstalling it, rebooting and installing it again should
help.
