inbox repair

Hi,
I am unable to delete any mesages in my inbox,or empty my
deleted items flder.If I try to delete,I tet an error
message saying to run inbox repair tool.I have scanned
all pst files with inbox repair,except outlook.bak,it
won't scan. I have uninstalled small
office,reinstalled,but the same emails and deleted items
reappear,same problem.any help would be great.
