Inbox Repair Tool

I'm receiving the following message when trying to open my email: Errors have been detected in the file C:\documents and settings\mary\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool. (it gives my server and pop3 info) Error Number: 0x80040600

I can't find the Inbox Repair Tool. Where is it? I'm using Outlook 2000 SP-3 and Windows XP. Can someone help
