Inbox email send/receive

Since I send a large amount of pictures to multiple users, it has bogged down
my outlook and I have been unable to delete or cancel the process. Deleted
and permanetly deleted emails keep coming back and the send/receive will not
load. The help screen keeps telling me to load PRO.MSI but my Reinstallation
CD apparently doesn't have it on it. How do I fix it? Please carbon your
reply to my office email, because my home email address will probably not
load. It is (e-mail address removed).
