Inbound modem connection

Could anyone tell me the best way to go about connecting an external user to
my network. Basically they need to send a file everyone few hours. Over the
internet is not an option, modem is the only way. They need support of a
xmodem/zmodem type of protocol, send a file thats it. Would this require RAS
or could I accomplish this with Procomm or some other comm. package.

thx for your input...

Before playing on the Internet, I ran a BBS. That originally grew out
of having several friends call in on Procomm, log in, upload and
download files and such. Don't know RAS, I'm afraid I'm ignorant of
some things <EG>. PC Plus was a long time ago and running in an
antique DOS and occasionally in DesqView but you might install it and
run it in a minimized window to see if it works. There are no doubt
Windows progs specifically designed for what you describe but, if
PCPlus doesn't run afoul of Winders, it should work admirably for what
you describe.
