In Word 2007 the page numbers do not display

I have added the footer Page Numbers from the Page Number icon and choosen
the one I wish. It puts it on the page but the numbers do not display or
Print. I can not find out how to get the numbers to print or displahy

Hi,

Your problem is not a problem infact. I wonder why you cannot view the page
nos.
When you go to Insert (menu) in the main window, there you will find "Insert
Header/Insert Footer".

Now, just when you insert the Header/Footer... you will find out on the left
of the page, "Page Number".

Just do this, and you will get a dropdown menu where you can select the Page
Number style to be displayed/printed.

I am sure when you follow the above steps, you can get the desired results.

Hi,

Do you have the "Whole Document" set or "This Section Forward" set? That
could make a difference.

Do you see anything after you select your desired Page Number from the
gallery? If so, what exactly do you see? Does this occur on a specific
document or all documents?
