In Outlook spell checking appears in French not English?

When spell checking an email message in Outlook the response appears in
Franch not English. How do I correct this error?
 
Outlook or Outlook Express? The latter cannot use the Office 2007 proofing
tools

For Outlook check if the registry key
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing
Tools\1.0\Override" exists and if it does delete it.
