In Outlook 2003, how do I Connect to an IMAP folder folder like I.

In Outlook XP, I could connect to my personal IMAP accounts, even when
offline from my corporate Exchange server. There was a "Connect to IMAP
folder" button of some sorts.
With Outlook 2003, I can find no such thing. If offline from the Exchange
server, Outlook refuses to go online w/ my separate IMAP accounts. What
gives??
