In Outlook 2003, can't accept or decline meeting requests

We have a user running Outlook 2003 in cached mode. When he receives an
meeting request, he can't accept or decline the meeting. And now Outlook
crashes every time we try to open a meeting request from his inbox. We took
him out of cached mode and the same thing happened. We also removed Office
completely and reinstalled it, and the same thing happened. We recreated his
profile, and also recreated his OST file, and those didn't help either. BUT,
when I put his profile on a different computer and log in as him, everything
works just fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Have you considered a new Windows profile for this person?
