PowerPoint 2007

View tab / Presentation Views group / click on on Slide Master

Click on the thumbnail in the very far top left hand corner.

Click in the (lower) text on the right hand side where it says:-

Click to edit Master text styles

Highlight these 5 lines of text then:-

Home tab / Font group / choose the colour that you want to apply to
the text.

You now have what you want.
