In Explorer: Getting position to hold

I would like explorer to reopen where I last viewed a section of folders.
Now, every time I go back I have to re-thread back thru the maze or series
of folders to where I was when I last exited. Please help. Much
appreciated.

If you have a folder you use regularly, you could drag a shortcut to it onto
your desktop.
 
Thanks for the reply, but I would end up with two many shortcuts that way.
There is got to be a way to set Explorer to return to where you last left
it.
