I have recently downloaded the antispy download for my pc
after continuous popups from esyndicate and ceres. I
recently noticed other popups on my pc. It was very bad
but after running the microsoft antispyware it helped.
But it didnt solve my problem. Now everyday I spend hours
trying to remove virus after virus running the program. I
really need a solution to this problem if anyone could
help me. It seems I erase and it keeps coming back. I
can't detect where the virus is coming from. I'v erased
in the add and remove. I've checked hot keys and erased
some of my shockwave flash player programs .... I am
totally lost please help me if you can

If you have viruses and spyware that this beta program is
not finding and deleting, try adding other programs to
your arsenal! I find that Spybot search and destroy
finds things that this microsoft program does not, and I
don't think this program is meant to find viruses. You
need a regular antivirus program like norton or mcafee
for that.

If you ate running XP or Win ME:
You need to shut system restore off and then run several
anti-spyware programs. None will address all spyware.

Run Adaware, spybot search and destroy and the Microsoft
beta - updating all of them after you download them and
before you run them. All are freeware.

Microsoft doesn't view Microsoft Antispyware as freeware--it will be
available without additional cost to licensed Windows customers. There's a
distinction. Lavasoft's ad-aware is free for personal use, but not free for
use in an office or non-profit situation. Spybot Search & Destroy is
freeware.
