Hello!

When booting up the computer there is displayed how
many memory was installed on the system.

In bios some memory can be reserved for graphical tasks,
when I have read this right, ones.

My system has got 512 mb of ram. The default of memory
yet taken is 64 mb.

My question; was this still enough, or to much yet, or
should it be still more than 64 mb.

You should not need this bios feature at all, if you are running XP.

You should DISABLE anything in the bios that talks about SHADOWING or
CACHING of the BIOS or Adapter Card ROM's or the like. If you are
referring to the AGP Apeture, that setting does not actually reserve any
memory, and a setting of 64 or 128 is typical; just leave it alone unless
you have a 3D game or the like that specifically tells you to change it.

Thanks man!
