system memory?

Hi guys,

Can anybody tell me what the info. below means and how I can improve the performance of my pc?
Following is a printout of status of my computer and it crashes every once in a while specially when I use a media program.
My CPU goes at %100 but my RAM does pretty well when I use these kind of programs.
