In a protected .dot file how I prevent users from adding spaces?

I am creating forms with a list and do NOT want the user to be able to add
spaces between the lists.

___ This is an example
___ Another line below

I do NOT want to the user to be able to depress the ENTER key after the word
example and add a line.
 
Put your form fields in borderless table cells of fixed dimensions.
