Improper Copy Paste in Outlook

Hi ~
In Outlook Inbox Select All (Ctrl-A) And copy in Same place(Inbox) it
will copy with the same name in Inbox without any overwrite dialog, please
check this and let me know if any ..

And this is improper because...? You do a copy so nothing gets overwritten
but it gets duplicated.
