Impossible to add a printer

At several occasions have all my printers gone. I have always, due to many
different installed printers, made a system restore, which always works fine.

Today I used my printer, later after that I made a reboot and explorer and
maybe some other program not terminated correctly, the entire printers was
gone again. So I made a system restore but now whiteout results. I do it
again tow times to earlier time points whiteout results.

I tried to add a printer but get a message that that is not possible due to
print spooler services is stopped. Yes it was so I started it and checked so
even RPC services were started. Then I tried again to add printer but now
whit a message telling me it’s not possible to compete. In that moment the
print spooler is stopped again.
