I have outlook express on another laptop... how do I input it into my new
laptop with windows mail?
 
You can't use OE on your Vista computer.
You can import the messages and contacts.
Copy all of the Outlook express .dbx files (including folders.dbx) from the
XP computer to a temporary folder on the Vista computer.

Open Windows Mail, File - Import - Messages - Microsoft Outlook Express 6
Import from OE6 store directory
Find the temporary folder where you copied the .dbx files (BUT DON'T OPEN
IT).
Next.... etc.

If you want to import your contacts, copy the .wab file over, and do a
similar File - Import
of the Windows Contacts.
