Importing User Assignment

Users Rights Assignment under Local Polices in Security Settings, I have
exported the data out and specified Assignments (authenticated Users group,
etc). Now I would like to import the assignments back in. Does anyone know
how to accomplish this? Instead of manually specifying the 36 assignments,
can importing be performed?

Use NTRights.exe from the resource kit.

A new scenario:
Will this tool strip out the SIDs and just introduce a new template
that I can specify user groups?
