Importing task into Outlook 2003

Can anybody in this forum tell me how can I import tasks in Outlook Express 2003.

Is it possibble,if yes how can we do that?
 
If you keep a list of tasks in Outlook, you can easily import all or some of its tasks into Microsoft Office Project 2003.

1. On the Tools menu, click Import Outlook Tasks.
2. In the Import Outlook Tasks dialog box, select the tasks you want to import.
* To select an individual task, click the task's check box.
* To select all tasks in a specific folder, click the folder's check box.
* To select all tasks, click Select All.
* To deselect all tasks, click Clear All.
