how can I disable users from changing account settings in outlook

I need to disable users from altering/adding/removing account settings to
their Outlook. Is this possibble through the registry? I couldn't find it in
Group policy settings. Thanks.
 
Look in the group policy editor under the Miscelleaneous settings for Outlook for a policy called "Prevent users from making changes to Outlook profiles."
