group policy setting outlook 2007 rss feeds

Has anyone tried to disable rss feeds in outlook 2007 from group policy?

Found this information

Disable RSS integration
You can disable RSS integration in Outlook, if, for example, you are
concerned about bandwidth usage and want to delay introducing RSS
integration. By default, RSS integration is enabled.

When you disable RSS integration, the RSS Subscriptions root folder does not
appear in the folder hierarchy in the Outlook navigation pane, and the RSS
Subscriptions tab does not appear in the Outlook Account Manager dialog box.

Tried changing some of the settings in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 | Tools
| Account Settings | RSS Feeds.

and the RSS Subscriptions root folder continues to appear in the outlook
folder hierarchy.

Suggestions Welcome.
Thanks
Michelle

are you using group policy or just trying to do it in outlook on your own?
You need to edit the registry per the group policy for it to work. It's not
done within outlook.

In group policy. But I am unsure of what settings to set in group policy.
every setting I have tried does not remove the RSS root folder in Outlook
2007.

Thanks
