Importing RGE files from Entourage to Outlook

I have Microsoft Office 2004 for Macintosh and I have exported an RGE file
that includes all my mail, contacts, and calendar items. I would like to
import this to my Outlook on my PC but it doesn't accept this format. Does
anyone know how to import this file to Outlook?
