How do I import from Entourage to Outlook

I have a MAC and moving back to a PC. So, I need ot get all of my mail and
sub-folders from Entourage to Outlook. Since the MAC creates .rge and PC
needs .pst, I am at a lose...

Any help is greatly apprecicated. Thanks...
