how do I import entourage emails to outlook

I am trying to export my emails from my mac entourage email program into my
PC outlook 2003 email.

In addition to the link I sent, you could also use a gmail IMAP account to
act as a go-between.

What are the export options available in Entourage? Ask in a Mac
group since they probably know that e-mail client. Once you find that
out then the formats available can be matched up with the import
options in Outlook.
