importing .pst files into Outlook Express

I have .pst files that I would like to import into a new
computer. This new version of Outlook Express 6 is not
allowing me to import the files. It give me a MAPI
error. Can you tell me how I can fix this?

Have you got Outlook installed on the new machine? You cannot import Outlook
mail into Outlook Express without having BOTH programs installed.
