importing OL2000 calendar to OL2003

I just purchased a new computer with Office 2003, and
imported my PST file (created in Outlook 2000) with no
problems, except for calendar appointments.

One-day appointments in the past that were scheduled
as "all day events" have now become multi-day events
running from 11pm the previous day to 11pm on the
scheduled day.

Is there any way to restore my appointments to their
appropriate "all day events"? I have a backup copy of my
PST file on CD, so if there's a different way to import
the PST file in Outlook 2003, I can do that. Thank you
very much for your help.

I rectified this problem by adjusting date/time settings.
While I have stayed in the same time zone, I had neglected
to check off the "adjust time for daylight savings time"
when I setup my computer. As a result, all of my
appointments were one hour off. When I checked this box,
all of my appointments returned to normal.
