Importing music :error - file not indexed?? pls help

Hello,
I am trying to import a music track, at first it wouldnt import because it
was the wrong format so i converted it into a windows media audio file (wma),
but now when i import it a different error message comes up:

"The file C:\Documents and Settings\Sin\My Documents\My Music\06 nobody
loves you.wma is not indexed and cannot be imported."

I've been through the help topics and now not sure what to do next, can any
one help me?

and how you converted it to a .wma file.
