Importing mail from Outlook express.....

I've just bought a new computer and set up windows mail. The sales guy told
me I could transfer all my messages/contacts from outlook onto here, but I
can't figure out how to do it - any suggestions??

Start by going to File-Import in Vista's WM. Notice contacts can be a csv
file format. For messages you need to know the OE message box. To do both
requires you have access to your old computer via network. Is that possible?
