Imported all from Outlook over to Windows Mail on new laptop equipped with
Vista, but now have 2 Inboxes -- both receiving mail. Can't figure out how
to eliminate one of them or combine them -- ??? I've tried everything I can
think of, but nothing is working. I got rid of all of the other duplicated
folders that appeared when I did the import, but not sure if it was all done
correctly.

Also, what do I do with everything that still shows in Outlook...which I do
not want to use?

Thanks!

Hi maryk--

How exactly did you import mail from Outlook (what version) to Win Mail or
do you mean Outlook Express? I didn't think it was possible to import from
the Office mail client Outlook to Win Mail.

I imported all from Outlook, not Outlook Express, to Windows Mail. Problem
is I now have duplicate folders from each program and although I deleted the
other dup
icates, I still have 2 inboxes, each pulling in differnet emails - ? I need
to get it to just one inbox and can't.

Also, having trouble creating "group" contacts for multiple recipients. I
seem to be able to create a group, but when typing in the group name in the
"TO" line, it doesn't automaticallty come up.

Any ideas?

Thanks --
maryk
