Importing mail from Outlook

Hi, I just got a new computer. I put my outlook express .dbx files onto
a disk and expected to be able to import them to my new computer,
which has Windows Vista basic home edition. I cannot figure out how
to do this? Can someone please tell me how to import my old mail from
my .dbx files into Windows Mail?

Copy the dbx files into a folder to which you have full read/write
permissions. (BTW, if you did NOT copy the file called Folders.dbx then
we are into a different ball game).
then in Windows mail, just to File-Import (or wherever the Import
function resides...)
