Importing Excel Data - Error Message

I'm receiving the following error message when I try to import a MS Excel
2007 file into Access 2007 (into a new table):

The search key not found on any record. Then it tells me the file will not
be imported.

I've looked at the Excel file and don't see anything wrong with it -- any
suggestions? Thanks!

Seems to be related to indexes.

They linking to the Excel worksheet instead. If that works, you can the use a
make table or append query based on the linked table.
