Importing Error

every time i try to import a video i get this error
"C:\Documents and Settings\Patrick\Desktop\Video0221-0800(TV51).mpg could
not be imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events from"

any ideas how to fix this?

Playback/importing of MPEG2 content is completely dependent on the third
party MPEG2 decoder installed on your computer. Most do not work well. See
the Importing Source Files > Video > MPEG2 page of www.papajohn.org
