Importing video

When I try to import video files I get the following error message. Can any
one help please?
C:\Documents and Settings\Warrick Funnell\My Documents\My
Pictures\ImageMixer3\'07_06_16_01\M2U00413.MPG could not be imported. An
interface has too many methods to fire events from
