Importing email addresses from Cox webmail to Widows Mail

With Cox help use Windows Mail instead of webmail, however, I cannot import
my many addresses. Must I do this manually? I find it hard to believe
that Cox did not have the answer...& the reps I spoke to never encountered
this... I'm trying my own fix in send tst "msg" to small groups at a time,
but they are not saving in my address file! I'm am not very computer saavy
and need basic step by step instructions! Thanks!

Webmail is generally proprietary, meaning there are no universal
standards that would enable exchange of information.
If your Cox webmail address book does not have an 'export' feature,
there isn't much you can do.
Interestingly, both Hotmail and Yahoo webmail allow exporting of
contacts to a .csv file, which can then be imported anywhere.
