Importing Contacts from Outlook 2003

I would like to import my contacts and calender information from outlook
2003. When I open outlook 2007 go to file there is not an import export
option.

What do I need to do?

Importing is NOT the recommended approach. Abbreviated answer is to simply
open the PST file containing the contacts/calendar in O'2007. Absolutely no
need to "import" this data. Aside from the myriad of other reasons, you
would lose any custom data associated with the original data when importing
using Outlook's import/export wizard.

#2 - Import/Export option not appearing

Sounds like this was not installed when O'2007 was installed. Rerun the
Outlook install selecting Add/Remove options and ensure that the required
items for import/export are selected.
