Importing addresses into Word 2007

Can I import addresses into MS Word 2007 from my Windows Live Mail contact
list? I know you can do it from Outlook Express, but I don't use Outlook. Can
I do it from WLM? I haven't been able to figure out how.

You *can't* do it from Outlook Express (only Outlook), and I seriously doubt
you can from WLM, either.
