addresses in Word 2007 and windows mail with vista

I am using windows mail in vista and word 2007 How can I import addresses
frpm an earlier computer. I have addresses in outlook express in the
contacts and I can't get them into the new computer in windows contacts to
work

The function requires Outlook as default e-mail application. If your
addresses are in Outlook Express, you need to import from OE into Outlook.
