Importing Address Book into Verizon Online

I'm following the instructions of copying my address book
from Microsoft I.E. to Verizon Online. I first export
the address book by creating the *.csv file, but when I
try in import it, the address book in Verizon Online
continues to be empty. Any thoughts? (VZ says it's not
their problem.)
 
Open the CSV file in Notepad and remember what it looks like.
Delete the CSV file and then re-export the address book.

Try the Verizon import again.

What version of Outlook Express are you using. Verions 4 Address book might
not work with Verizon.
