Imported Mpeg2 file have audio but no video

I have managed to import a MPEG 2 video file recorded
from the TV tuner card but it can't play in Movie maker
2, It does have audio. Can somebody advise me?
 
It's an MPEG2 codec issue. MM2 doesn't include the needed codec.
