Imported movie cuts scene off short

Greg

I saved my project first as an .MSWMM file, then as a movie file to combine
the audio and video. When I reopen the .wmv file, it's split into two parts.
But the last part has had about 2 seconds clipped off at the very end.

Anyone heard of this?

Thanks

================================
To prevent the movie file from being split
when you import it into Movie Maker....try
unchecking the box: "Create clips for video
files" on the 'Import File' screen.

The clipping at the end could be due to
incompatible source files:

Thanks John, the file type compatibility may be the answer. I am importing an
AVI that is giving me problem. The compatibility web page says DV-AVI work ok
but divx-avi cause problems. How can I tell which one I have. I made the AVI
myself with another program from Ulead.
