imported contacts bring reminders that won't go away

I imported a bunch of contacts from an old Outlook 2003 personal file into a
new O2003 personal file. Somehow these contacts seem to have reminders
associated with them -- each time I start up I get a message asking me if I
want to dismiss 248 reminders (one for each contact). The "reminder" field
value is "No" for each of these contacts. any ideas how to get rid of
these?

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help
