Sharing contact reminders

Hello,

We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. I have a Contacts folder that I use
to keep track of dealings with people and to set reminder flags on when I
need to contact them next. It works well.

Is there a way that I can share this folder with a colleague so that we both
have access to the folder and both get follow up reminders?

Hi Mark,

you can give permissions to the other user to share your contact folder or
you coudl move the contacts into a seperate mailbox:

BUT the reminder wouldn´t work for your colleague, because reminders only
work for you in your personal folders.
Outlook/Exchange don´t support reminders in non default folders and your
contact folders is for your colleague a non-default folder, it is an
additional folder.

There are 3rd party reminder tools available for this function.

Have a look on this sites for some of this tools. May it help:
