Import Windows Calandar into Outlook 2007

I've been using Windows Calandar since Vista came out. Just purchased and
installed Outlook 2007. I've imported my e-mail and contacts, but I haven't
found a way to migrate Windows Calandar into Outlook (appointments, etc). Is
this possible? Thanks for any help.

In Windows calendar go to File | Export and export the file as an .ICS file.
In Outlook 2007 go to File | Import and Export and import from that .ICS
file.
