Is there a way to copy a saved import specification from one access DB to
another?
 
Yes,
File, Get External Data, Import
Select the mdb you want to import the Specifications from.
Click on Options >>>
Under Import
Uncheck Relationships
Check Import/Export Specifications
Click Okay.
It will import all the specifications from the selected mdb.
