import sent mail

I just set up Windows Email, not realizing that before I knew what was
happening, my bellsouth e mail inbox would get exported into Windows E mail
and no longer accessible from the bellsouth.net server. However, my Sent
mail on bellsouth is still on the bellsouth server. Can I either send the e
mail back into my inbox on bellsouth from Windows E mail, or can I export my
Sent mail from bellsouth to Windows e mail so they are all in the same
place? Don't you know that Windows Email did not ask me to set up things
like whether I wanted to leave mail on the bellsouth server BEFORE it took
it all off. I did that after the fact. Anyhow, can anyone help me?

The only way to get your sent mail from the Bellsouth webmail server is to
move it to your inbox and then let windows mail download it to your hard
drive. Then you can move it to your sent folder (if you wish).
