Import Personal Folders *.pst from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2000

When I try to import a Personal Folder (*.pst) from Outlook 2003 into Outlook
2000, I get the following error message: "The file <file name> is not
compatible with this version of the Personal Folders information service.
Contact your administrator."

The following comes from MS online:
"Outlook 2003 introduces a new Unicode® file format for personal folder
files (PST files) and offline folder files (OST files). These file format
changes might introduce problems if you upgrade to Outlook 2003 and create
files with the new format, and then try to share files with someone using an
earlier version of Outlook."

How can I use my Outlook 2003 Personal Folder on a second computer running
Outlook 2000? Both PCs run in a Windows XP environment.

You can't, obviously. The messages are telling you the truth. You can only
open that file in Outlook 2003.
From there, you can create a PST file in the previous "Outlook 97-2002"
format, copy the data into that file, then open that file in earlier
installations.

How do I create a PST file in the previous "Outlook 97-2002" format?
